The GOB

Crushed coffee beans on a banana! Whoa! Exciting! This will make you have a good day! You won’t be able to use any punctuation! (approximately one step down from delivering caffeine intravenously)

Toffee and Cinnamon included upon request — our version of cream and sugar.

A celebration of everything revolutionary, irreverent, Arrested Development-al, and excessive. Two whole bananas, stuck together, double-dipped in shining chocolate glory, with extra nuts. This banana will laugh back at you if you can’t finish it.

(pronounced “Jobe” i.e. rhymes with “lobe”)

  2. You guys rock and make Austin a great place to live.

    G.

  3. I’d like to say that the one I had was super delicious. But $3.75 seems like an awful lot for a banana.

  4. Jordy,
We wish we could sell them to you for cheaper, like $1.00 apiece would be incredible right?

But, we have rent to pay too, ya know.

  5. Wow, that looks really evil delicious. I’m dieting though, so I will have to think of it as a potential reward rather than a way of life. LOL

  6. I appreciate that you guys have vegan chocolate!!! For that reason, I must give you my business. I’ll be trying your bananas within the next week!

  7. I love bananarchy! My favorite dessert in Austin for sure!

  8. You are our favorite place in Austin, and we drive all the way from Horseshoe Bay !!! Woohoo Bananarchy !

  9. Can’t wait to try these! Looks yummy. Price is very reasonable ~~surely a good substitute for lunch if you add a lot of toppings?!

  10. You guys are the real deal.

    Much love!

  11. Are this frozen bananas ?

  12. I just found your place on yelp, and now I know I must try your place!! Arrested Development was one of the greatest shows ever!! I will be bringing my kids to help me with the GOB!

  13. Say! This is a fantastic idea!
Would you guys ever consider having fruity dips and topping (no added sugar or anything) for a raw vegan treat??

Do they HAVE to have a binder (peanut butter, chocolate, etc)?

Maybe you could do something like
Bananas with chopped celery or cucumber (surprisingly yummy)
    Nanas with berries
Nanas and mango (The more ripe, the sweeter – same goes for bananas)
Bananas dipped in blended dates (great binder/paste) – different varieties bring great yumminess.

Uh… yea, there are TONS of yummy things you can do. Any probability of fruity additions??

  14. I’m staring miserably at your menu at 3am :-( Any chance of teleporting one to Singapore within the next hour or so?

  15. Not open til March?! I was gonna play on going when I’m in ATX in a few weeks, :/ I guess I’ll have to make another trip in the spring,
